On-Call Pump Repair Services Question Deadline 07/01/2024 at 3:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Work 2.1 Description of Services The awarded contractor will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair work on Port owned pumps, including but not limited to: submersible, vertical turbine, and booster types including hydraulic and operation electrical pumps. The Port's Maintenance Division shall be responsible for disconnecting and removing pumps and transporting to the contractor's repair shop. The contractor will provide everything necessary for inspections, maintenance, and repair of pumps including all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, and equipment. A complete scope of services can be found in Attachment G. Scope of Services The Port owns and maintains approximately 140 pumps in various locations throughout the Harbor District. On an as-needed basis, the contractor will provide everything necessary for inspections, maintenance, and repair of pumps including all labor, prep work, materials, supplies, parts, tools, and equipment. All maintenance and repair work will take place at the contractor's repair shop. The Port reserves the right to modify these dates at any time, with appropriate notice to prospective Contractors. . The Port shall have the right to approve or reject the proposed successor. The Contractor may not reassign or replace key personnel without written consent.
