The work consists of constructing a new building to house electrical equipment and a restroom, construction of a new sewer manhole, installation of perimeter security fencing, installation of site paving, replacing the two existing dry well pumps with new District-furnished pumps, replacing and rearranging the dry well piping, replacing the valve vault, replacing and upgrading electrical equipment and controls, modification of the ventilation system, removal of wet well ladder steps and grating, and replacement of the existing manual force main gate valves with electrically actuated gate valves, and all appurtenant work.
