Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
UNCSA requests a proposal for design services for the rehabilitation of Kenan Drive Utilities and Resurfacing at UNCSA -1533 South Main Street Winston-Salem. Site/Civil Engineering and Support Services for the rehabilitation of Kenan Drive Utilities and Resurfacing on the UNCSA campus. Work will include design for asphalt replacement for approximately 950 lf of roadway and parking areas; including addition of concrete curb and gutter where required. Other items to be addressed include necessary storm drain addition and or relocation, parking and roadway striping, removal of existing speed tables to be replaced with rubber speed bumps, dumpster pad replacement, enlargement behind Dorms A-D and replacement of existing bollards as necessary, underground infrastructure/utilities for relocation or replacement. All questions must be submitted via email to Alexis Bauman baumana@uncsa.edu by 2:00PM EST on Monday, July 1, 2024. UNCSA reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all responses to the RFQ, to advertise for new RFQ responses, or to accept any RFQ response deemed to be in the best interest of the UNCSA The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
