As of October 2, 2025, this project is in the design phase. Bidding is expected to take place in the summer of 2026 with construction to follow in the fall. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Description One-Two Sentences UNCSA requests a proposal for design services for the Campus Entrance Stream located between Kenan Drive and Sunnyside Avenue of an unnamed tributary of Salem Creek (Kudzu Valley) at UNCSA -1533 South Main Street Winston-Salem. The stream includes storm water drainage from Sunnyside Ave causing the stream to exceed its banks causing erosion and damage to adjacent structures including Giannini Drive, sewer lines, and pedestrian bridge. This project will involve local and federal agencies such as, but not limited to, Corps of Engineers, DOT, state and local agencies. This project will be expected to coordinate and collaborate with designers selected on Kenan Drive Utilities and Resurfacing Project and Kudzu Valley Bridge Abutment Project.
