Pre Bid Conference(N/A) The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for chemical toilet, septic pumping, and disposal services at Point Mugu State Park, Leo Carrillo State Park, R.H Meyer Memorial State Beach, Triplex Residence, Chumash Trailhead and Malibu Creek State Park backcountry. In the opinion of The Department of Parks and Recreation, this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is complete and without need of explanation.
