Renovation of a fire / police facility in Wakefield, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Wakefield Fire Department is seeking to solicit proposals from qualified contractors for the resurfacing of the existing flooring and prepping as needed and for the installation of epoxy flooring. Please note that the existing floor has radiant heating. The floor area included in this project measures approximately 6,300 square feet and includes 5 bays.
