The City of Flora, Illinois is seeking bids from qualified individuals or entities regarding the exterior painting of the Public Works Facility Buildings located at 200 Fairview Street, Flora, Illinois. The City of Flora is Accepting Bids for the Exterior Painting of roughly 9600 Sq/ft of area total as two attached Public Works Facility Buildings Located at 200 Fairview Street in Flora, IL 62839. BUILDINGS 1 and 2 SPECIFICATIONS: o Building 1: (North and shorter of the two) Is approximately 14' tall by 70' wide by 50' long. o Building 2: (South and Tallest part) approximately 20' tall by 70' wide, by 105' long o Addition to Building 2: approximately 14' tall by 21' wide by 21' long. o Exterior Doors: Five 36" exterior walk-through doors o Overhead Doors: Seven 16' x 10' overhead doors with windows o Brick Facade: approximately 280 Sq/ft of brown brick facade Questions or comments regarding the bid process shall be directed to the Superintendent of Public Services Toby Rinehart at 200 Fairview Street, Flora, Illinois 62839, Telephone: 618-662-4625, email: publicworks@florail.us. 2. Completely pressure clean all exterior surfaces to be painted.
3. Scrape any peeling paint surfaces.
4. Seal all exposed exterior masonry surfaces to be painted.

6. Caulk all windows, sliding glass doorframes and all other doorframes, open 90-degree angles
7. Prepare, Prime and Paint all Exterior Vertical & Horizontal Stucco/Masonry elevations (Whitewash)
8. Prepare, Prime and Paint all Soffits & Fascia
9. Prepare, Prime and Paint all Exterior Trim & Banding (Black in Eggshell or Satin)
10. Prepare, Prime and Paint all Exterior Walls & Ceilings (White in Eggshell or Satin)
11. Prepare, Prime, and Paint Columns.
