The following pages contain the scope of work/services necessary for the possible solutions and replacement of a defective flooring system at South Lynches Station 6. Project will include the evaluation of the current defective flooring system, providing an acceptable flooring solution based on conditions, the removal and disposal of approximately 2,000 square feet of existing VCT tile along with the current vinyl cove, prepare the entire area as necessary to install appropriate flooring based on the solution presented, install flooring option presented and replace vinyl cove. The current flooring system consists of a concrete slab with VCT installed. Contractors submitting proposals shall be required to have reviewed the project in person prior to submitting a proposal to fully understand the scope of work and to be able provide an acceptable flooring solution..
