Site work for a mixed-use development in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The project consists of furnishing the following supplies, equipment, and/or services. Work is anticipated to commence upon award of contract or Notice to Proceed, on or about July 20, 2024 and be substantially complete by March 1, 2025 and work completed by April 1,2025 constructed in one phase as shown on the Contract Documents. The successful bidder will be required to provide surety Performance and Payment Bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids, or any part thereof, and to waive informalities, and to enter into such contract or contracts as shall be deemed in the best interest of the Owner.
