Spot repairs of corrosion will be required on the interior of the GST. The exterior of the GST roof will be abrasive blasted and recoated. The exterior tank shell will be overcoated. Miscellaneous welding improvements to the GST will be required, including replacing the center vent and perimeter vents, replacing roof hatches and frames and installation of guardrail around the circumference of the tank roof. Miscellaneous coating improvements will be required for electrical gear, two (2) pump stations and two (2) buildings at the site. Electrical and instrumentation improvements are required at the GST including installation of a cathodic protection system, pressure transmitter, and heat tracing.
