The building will include a single-use toilet room, a mop sink, and a drinking fountain as an addalternate. The building consists of but is not limited to, slab-on-grade construction, structural steel framing, concrete on metal deck, light gauge steel framing insulated metal wall and roof panels, brick wainscoting, translucent panels, motorized overhead section doors, a prefabricated steel staircase, a cupola, an entry canopy, and associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work. Site improvements include, but are not limited to, the expansion of existing utilities, installation underground infiltration system and oil water separator, repaving and expansion of the main drives and parking area, sidewalks, installation of a new retaining wall, privacy PVC and iron fencing at the property perimeter with motorized slider gates, monument signage, and new landscaping in the front yard and at the perimeter of the new storage facility. Construction is expected to begin in October 2024, and substantial completion is expected by April 2025.
