Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dedham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Quincy is soliciting bids for all incidental labor, material and equipment necessary to make improvements to the pedestrian flasher and the roadway at the intersection of Washington Street and Elm Street in Quincy, including but not limited to: Intersection reconstruction including trenching, conduit, foundations and removal and installation of RRFB, concrete sidewalks, and new ADA compliant curb ramps with detectable warning surfaces. The work also includes unclassified excavation and subsequent road restoration, including asphalt overlay, tack coat and pavement markings. Also included is maintaining access during construction for road users of all types, maintaining uninterrupted utility service and furnishing of all required temporary traffic control and work zone safety measures. The Bidder must be pre-qualified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation for Highway Construction. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
