Questions for Fi LED General Contractor Questions Are Due May 14, 2026 at 12:00 Pm In Order to Be Eligible and Responsible to Bid on This Project, All Filed Sub-bidders and General Bidders Shall Submit With Their Bid a Current Certifi Cate of Eligibility Issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance, Dcamm, Together With an Update Statement as Required by M.g.l. Chapter 149, Section 44d. Bid Security Shall Be at Least Fi Ve Percent (5%) of the Greatest Possible Bid Amount, Considering All Alternates. The Bidder Agrees That Its Bid Shall Be Good and May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of 30 Days, Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays Excluded, After the Opening of the Bids. The Awarding Authority Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informalities, to Accept or Reject, in Whole or in Part Any or All Bids, or Take Whatever Other Action May Be Deemed to Be in the Best Interest of the Town of Acton.
