Renovation of an educational facility in Frederick, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

All questions should be submitted in a timely manner, i.e. early enough to be received by the Procurement Officer at least one week before the bid due date. There will be no pre-bid conference for this solicitation however if you would like to schedule a site visit please email Joe Fritsch at Joe.Fritsch@msd.edu. . Scope of the Work: The project is expected to begin at a mutually convenient time agreed-upon by both the Awardee and Maintenance Supervisor. All work should be completed as expeditiously as possible with the highest quality workmanship. The contractor is to supply all labor, materials, supervision, and equipment etc. to complete the project. By submitting a response to this solicitation, a vendor shall be deemed to represent that it is not in arrears in the payment of any obligation due and owing the State of Maryland, including the payment of taxes and employee benefits, and that it shall not become so in arrears during the term of the contract if selected for contract award. The Agency reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any proposal as provided for in COMAR 21.06.02.03.
