The City of Springfield will accept electronically submitted bids through its' e-bidding service provider, DemandStar, from qualified persons or firms interested in providing the following: MANHOLE ADJUSTMENT RINGS & LAMP HOLE LIDS Bids shall be submitted on the forms provided and may be manually, electronically, or digitally signed by the individual authorized to legally bind the company. Bidders are to submit all pages of this IFB identified with "RETURN THIS PAGE" stated on the bottom right corner of said pages. Failure to do so shall render your bid non-responsive. o Bids received after the opening date and time shall not be considered. o The attached Terms and Conditions shall become part of any contract resulting from this bid. o The cutoff for any questions pertaining to this bid is June 26, 2024, at 3:00 P.M.
