Demolition, site work and renovation of a civil project in Beverly, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work will take place in Beverly, Wenham and Danvers at Board's Water Filtration Plant, Longham Reservoir Gatehouse, and Putnamville Reservoir Gatehouse. Work includes immediate needs upgrades: demolish Putnamville Reservoir gatehouse; replace Longham Gatehouse bar rack and install flow meter along pipeline; upgrade filters including replacement of the underdrains, troughs, surface wash equipment and media; improvements to filter pipe gallery such as painting and select pipe replacement; install new backwash drain line valve; replace select parts in sedimentation basin; updates to the fluoride room including new tanks and pumps with adequate containment; all appurtenant and related work. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
