Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a fitness / recreation center in Beverly, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

Construction of the New McPherson Youth Center. Project consists of a new, single story, 4,500+/- GSF new youth center, demolition of the existing youth center, and associated sitework. Please refer to the Contract Document for additional details. Construction is anticipated to begin August 2024 and is required to be Substantially Complete by August 1, 2025 (Approximately 12-month construction duration). Estimated Cost $4,750,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
