The work to be performed under this contract will include the installation of twenty-nine (29) pedestrian lights within the Downtown Castle Rock area. The contract shall be awarded based on the unit prices for the work shown in the Bid Schedule, and the contract documents. Appendix A (Initial list) represents known quantities at the time of the bid. The contractor will maintain unit prices through December 31, 2024. Contractor shall commence work no later than the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed. Completion of Work: Contractor shall commence work no later than the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed, and achieve Construction Completion (including punchlist items, cleanup, and demobilize) within sixty (60) working days. All work on bid schedules shall take place during the timeframe of July 24, 2024 - November 5, 2024, or as approved by the Project Manager.
