Maintenance Office Building Roof Replacement. Question Deadline 07/08/2024 at 2:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes Scope of Services The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) is seeking responsive bids from qualified responsible contractors for the roofing project at the Valley Water maintenance offices located at the Valley Water Headquarters Complex in South San Jose. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing roof to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the building. Winning Contractor to provide all administration, labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to repair approximately 5,100 square feet of roof (see Site Map) for a section of Valley Water's Maintenance Office Building. All questions and/or requests for clarification concerning this solicitation must be submitted through the Q&A feature on this portal before the date and time stated on the bid information and/or the Q&A tab. The undersigned understands and agrees to be bound to the proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of proposal submittal. Proposers may not communicate with Valley Water Board Members, staff, or consultants who currently provide services for Valley Water.
