This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. The Work will consist of Roof Repair and Installation Services performed at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in the County of Santa Clara including but not limited to: Type of Roofs Asphalt shingles Clay tile and concrete tile Metal roof systems for steep-slope applications Slate Wood shakes and wood shingles Synthetic BUR systems Elastomeric coating systems Shop drawing as needed Assessment/Inspection of the above roof systems Tear-off and or removal Repairs to existing roof systems that are like or similar to. Insulation New installations on currently existing roof systems that are like or similar to Install and/or repair rain gutters, gutter downspouts, and downspout extensions to improve drainage Modify and/or repair flat or low slope roof drainage systems The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein.
