TOWN / DISTRICT: The Town of Greenwich is approximately 30 miles northeast of New York City and has a population of about 60,000 residents. The Greenwich Public Schools enjoy a national reputation for excellence and have strong support from the community. The fifteen public schools have an enrollment of 9,000 students and consists of eleven elementary schools (K 5), three middle schools (6-8), and one comprehensive high school (9-12). B. MEP ENGINEER: Landmark Facilities Group, Inc. 252 East Avenue, Norwalk CT 06855 FINAL COMPLETION: Contractor shall complete all work associated with the project including but not limited to incomplete items identified on the punch list, closeout documentation, project record documents, operation and maintienance maunals on or before September 30, 2024. E. OPTION TO EXTEND: All work associated with the project shall be completed on or before December 31, 2024. The Board of Education may, at their option and with the approval of the vendor, extend the period of the Contract to December 31, 2024. If the Board of Education intends to extend the contract period, the vendor shall be notified in writing by the purchasing department at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the expiration of the original contract.
