**As of July 30, 2024 project was awarded to Master Renovation but awarded amount is not available.** Logan Acres - Residing Existing Building located at 2739 County Rd. 91, Bellefontaine, Ohio 43311. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or Letter of Credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount bid or a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in the form found in the Project Manual for the full amount of the bid. Each bid shall contain the full name or names of persons and company submitting the bid and shall be clearly marked "Logan Acres - Residing Existing Building". The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities if it is deemed in the best interest of Logan County to do so.
