The work covered under these specifications consists of furnishing all plant, supervision, labor, materials and equipment (except for services, materials, and/or equipment to be furnished by others as specifically referred to in the Contract Documents), and performing all operations required for the MOMC Building Elevator Refurbishment including, but not limited to the following: 1. Provide New - Hydraulic Power Unit and Oil 2. Provide New - Controller 3. Provide New - Front Car Door Operator/Kit 4. Provide New - Infrared Door Detector 5. Provide New - Front Car Door and Hatch side Restrictions (Vanes) 6. Provide New - Main Car Station, includes: Custom Finish (Selected by Authority), Applied Panel, Braille Plates, Digital Position Indicators, Standard Key Switch Package, Locked Service Cabinet, ADA Phone System, Emergency Light, Swing Return (TKE Cab Only), Vandal Resistant Buttons. 7. Provide New - Car Position Indicator 8. Provide New - Car Riding Lantern (Standard) 9. Provide New - Hands Free Phone 10. Provide New - Emergency Lighting 11. Provide New - Toe Guard Contract term: 1 Year The Authority reserves the right to participate in inspection, tests or audits at the Contractor's facility relating to the services provided under this contract. The New York Power Authority (herein referred to as the "Authority" or "NYPA") shall cooperate with the Contractor to reasonably facilitate the continuity and progress of the work. The Contractor shall cooperate with the Authority by minimizing the disturbance of the Authority's activities in the areas within or adjacent to the contract work. The Contractor shall submit questions if further verification or clarification is needed regarding the Contract Documents on the Request for Information (RFI) Form, included as Attachment 7.
