Site work for a water / sewer project in Chestertown, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Chestertown Utilities Water Plant Engineering Redesign Project Qualified engineering firms for the planning, including a demonstration study, preparation of design, bidding and construction phase services and documents for the Chestertown Water Treatment Plant Upgrade 2023 Phase II. The activities and scope of work on the 1.5-acre site include site design for Phase II of the upgrades to the Chestertown Water Treatment Plant. Phase I designing is complete and will be provided on request to qualified firms. Include combining Phase I and Phase II into a single bid package for construction. Phase II will include treatment to remove emerging contaminants (PFAS, PFOA s/PFOS s). Bidding firms should show evidence of completed work on similar projects. DBE requirements in the State revolving loan fund will apply. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
