Bid Security: Each Bid Proposal Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Proposal Deposit in Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) Of the Amount of Such Bid Proposal. The Failure to Furnish a Bid Deposit of a Minimum of Five Percent Shall Make the Bid Nonresponsive and Shall Cause the Bid to Be Rejected by the Contracting Agency. Performance Bond: the Successful Bidder Will Also Be Required to Provide a Performance Bond for 100 Percent of the Contract Price.
