The contract will begin on September 1, 2024. The initial contract is for a period of 12 months with two extension options of one year each. Beyond this period, the mandates already in progress will continue until the complete completion of these same mandates. The contract ends in one or other of the following 3 situations : - On the anniversary date of the contract, if the one-year extension option is not taken; - Upon reaching the total amount for 3 years of the bid of the lowest compliant bidder; - At the end of 3 years, which is the maximum duration of the contract. The estimated number of hours related to this contract is 1800 per year. This is an estimate, the number of hours is not guaranteed.
