These are spread across several campuses. The University offers a real estate portfolio that takes into account the evolving needs of the university community, ensures the maintenance, management, development and optimal use of buildings and land as well as a healthy and safe environment for users. The University commonly uses the services of specialized external companies to meet its needs in terms of operation, maintenance and repair of these outdoor spaces. These companies provide the labor and/or materials necessary to carry out various work for all of its buildings located on its three campuses in the Greater Montreal region. The estimated value of the CONTRACT, to be executed on demand for the initial duration, is estimated at an approximate and maximum amount of $900,000.00. The University does not guarantee the value of the work to be carried out per request and each request may involve one or more trades. *Tender has been cancelled.
