Project summary: Exterior site rehabilitation including demolition selective removal pedestrian pathways metal works waterproofing joint sealants and general exterior landscaping and terrace improvements at an active healthcare facility The CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal wishes to carry out construction work for the project "Réfection des cours extérieurs et terrasse" at the CHSLD SJP. This project was implemented because the outdoor space is currently not available for customers, and this situation has been ongoing for a very long time. The terrace needs to be completely redone, as it is not safe for users. It has indeed several bumps and very dangerous slopes. Every summer, a floor and a tent are rented to create a safe space for users, but this solution is expensive and not optimal. Deadline for completion of the work: From August 10, 2026 to October 2, 2026.
