Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Belleville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project Area is located adjacent to the existing paved parking lot at the Union Township Municipal Building; work will include: excavate and remove existing unsuitable material within the project area; Place and compact stone subbase; install Owner provided storm water appurtenances (piping and inlets); install approximately 260' concrete vertical curb; place approximately 400-ton of asphalt pavement. Each Bidder Must Deposit, With Their Bid, Security in the Amount of 10% of the Bid in the Form of a Bid Bond Or Cashier's Check. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Post Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100% of the Value of the Contract, Upon Notice of Intent to Award. All Bonds Are Subject to the Conditions Provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in responsive bids.
