Any qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations who wish their proposal to be considered is responsible for making certain that their proposal is received in the District Purchasing Office by the proper time. No oral, electronic, facsimile, or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered unless specified. Proposals received after the scheduled submittal deadline will be returned unopened. The receiving time in the Purchasing Office will be the governing time for acceptability of proposals. Proposals will not be accepted by telephone or facsimile machine.
