Replace roof and Exterior/ interior damages. Replace damaged TPO roof to include any other exterior components such as Soffit, Fascia, Eaves, Gutters, Vents, etc. that are failing/ rotting throughout the building. Inspection conducted on July 2021 and roof seems worn out with some areas showing loose material, flapping, excessive patching and what looks to be a weak roof sheathing. Other equipment may have to be accounted for when replacing the roof. This is an "Invitation for Bids" Project Title: Roof Repair Building 11341 Fort Bliss, TX. A bid guarantee is required (see clause at FAR 52.228-1). All bid bonds must be original; photocopies w ill not be accepted. Performance payment bonds are required (see clause FAR 52.228-15 DEV). This is a 100% competitive set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under NAICS 238160 w ith a small business size standard of $19 Million. The estimated magnitude of construction for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The aw ardee of this contract w ill be required to provide a Superintendent at all times w ork is being prepared on this project (see clause at FAR 52.236-6). The Superintendent is considered a key position. This position SHALL NOT be subcontracted and must w ork directly for the prime contractor. ALL w ork shall be performed simultaneously.
