Scope of Work - The scope of this Contract is building a new Electrical Annex Building that will house the new electrical and control equipment for the existing EPS building. The scope includes replacing all electrical switchgear, motor control centers, pump drives, load feeders and control re-routing that may be required. The scope also includes the replacement of the existing Effluent Pumps so that a portion conveys secondary effluent to the new High Level Disinfection Treatment System and the other portion through the Ocean Outfall. Location - North District Wastewater Treatment Plant (NDWWTP) located at 2575 NE 156 Street, North Miami Beach, FL 33181 Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $39,016,159.00 to $47,207,395.00, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Project Duration: 670 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 730 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 73 Calendar Day Contingency Period.
