The City of North Miami Beach intends to update its pool of qualified contractors experienced in providing residential rehabilitation and renovation related projects. Proposals shall be considered only from firms that have been continuously engaged in providing products and services similar to those specified herein for a reasonable period and that are presently engaged in the provision of these services. The selected pool of pre-qualified contractors will then be invited to bid on specific federally funded renovation projects as they become available. The renovation projects shall be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in the executed contract between the contractor and the homeowner.
