Improvements will consist of Survey, Materials Testing, Sewer, Water, Reclaimed Water, Storm Drain, Drainage Structures, Concrete, Paving, Sign & Stripe, Streetlights, Site Electrical and Landscape. The project is located within the Estrella community in Goodyear, AZ. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to withhold the award for any reason the Owner determines. The contract may be awarded within 30 working days unless all bids are rejected. All required bid assurances must accompany bids. All work is to be completed in accordance with MAG and City of Goodyear specifications. The Owner anticipates that after construction has been completed, portions of the project may be acquired by either a Community Facilities District, the City of Goodyear or, collectively, the Public Entities. The Public Entities are not responsible for or liable for any obligations of the Owner, including any of the Owner s obligations under the Contract for construction of this project. If any person contemplating a bid for proposed contract is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the plans, specifications, or other proposed contract documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from the plans and specifications, he may submit to Estrella North, LLC, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof.
