Broadway, Rochester, MN 55904 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.contracts with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) or Targeted Group Business (TGB) established goals, or both, the contractor's organization shall perform work amounting to not less than 30 percent of the total original contract cost.
