Contractor shall carry Workmen's Compensation Insurance satisfactory to the Organization and shall also carry Public Liability Insurance in the same way. The successful bidder(s) shall furnish a corporate surety performance bond, payment bond, and maintenance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, said bonds to be issued by a responsible surety approved by the City. Said bonds shall guarantee the prompt payment of all materials and labor and save harmless the City from claims and damages of any kind caused by the operations of the Contractor. The Work in general for the Contracts shall commence by Date; and shall be Substantially Completed and ready for Owner occupancy. Contract #2 by May 28, 2026 and Completed by September 30, 2026.
