All bidding entities must comply with District 2 Public Health policies and procedures. All bidding entities must be licensed and insured in the State ofGeorgia, experienced with providing janitorial services to healthcare facilities, and able to provide three references upon request. Bid Date notes: After the time and at the place noted above, the proposals will be publicly opened and read. No extension ofthe bidding period will be made. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after time has been called on the date ofopening. For janitorial services for the Habersham County Health Department, located at 185 Scoggins Drive, Demorest, GA 30535. The successful bidder must be fluent in English, comply with HIPAA guidelines, provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, follows appropriate safety protocol, and can provide one deep cleaning ofthe facility monthly in addition to four hours ofdaily cleaning, afterhours only, Monday through Friday.
