Janitorial Services for Habersham County Health Department The successful bidder must be fluent in English, comply with HIPAA guidelines, provide all cleaning supplies and equipment, follows appropriate safety protocol, and can provide one deep cleaning of the facility monthly in addition to four hours of daily cleaning, afterhours only, Monday through Friday. No extension of the bidding period will be made. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after time has been called on the date of opening. District 2 Public Health reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive technicalities and informalities. All bidding entities must comply with District 2 Public Health policies and procedures. All bidding entities must be licensed and insured in the State of Georgia, experienced with providing janitorial services to healthcare facilities, and able to provide three references upon request.
