Renovation of an educational facility in Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Base Bid work includes complete removal and replacement of all fenestrations, complete removal of all exterior sealant joints, minor repairs to concrete and EIFS substrates, EIFS repairs and a new elastomeric coating over the EIFS and parge coat systems. Base Bid work also includes mods and repairs to the wall penetrations and new sheet metal enclosures and sealants as noted on drawings. ALT 1 includes removal and replacement of Roof A for 30 sq. Project Location: 176 Lockwood, Charleston, SC Construction Cost Range: $1,400,000 to $1,900,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Security is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% of the Base Bid. Performance and Labor & Material Payment Bonds: the Successful Contractor Will Be Required to Provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, Each in the Amount of 100% of the Contract Price. Bidder agrees that the Date of Commencement of the Work shall be established in a Notice to Proceed to be issued by the Agency. Bidder agrees to substantially complete the Work within 180 Calendar Days from the Date of Commencement, subject to adjustments as provided in the Contract Documents
