Renovation of an educational facility in Guelph, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Cooling Tower Cell 1, 2 & 4 Refurbishment, for Project # 621213, Building # 055, at the University of Guelph. All contractors who specialize in the construction, maintenance and repair of industrial cooling towers. The Central Utilities Plant Cooling Tower (Building #055) is of wood frame construction, consisting of four (4) individual controlled cells each capable of 2,000 tonnes of cooling capacity with a total water capacity of 60,000gallons, Cells 1, 2 & 4 are in an advanced state of degradation and require refurbishment. Scope includes removal and replacement of all wood within the wet side of cooling tower cell #1, #2 & #4 from and including drift eliminator wall to the exterior face of the tower. This shall include but not limited to, removal of all media, replacement of all wet side structural, all new hardware, wood supports of louvres, partition walls, cleaning of the basin and reinstallation of fill and drift eliminator.
