As of July 26, 2024, project was awarded to Tilcon Connecticut, Inc., wtih an awarded amount of $1,193,918.50 The Town of Wallingford is accepting bids for "Road Paving, Milling and Curbing at Various Locations in Wallingford". Question Deadline 07/03/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Description: This item shall consist of the installation of machine laid (extruded) Bituminous Concrete Lip Curbing (BCLC), constructed atop a bituminous pavement section in accordance with the dimensions and details shown on the plans, or as ordered by the Engineer. Construction Materials: Materials, including tack coat, for this work, shall conform to the requirements of Section M.04, Bituminous Class 3. Questions concerning the work requirements of this bid should be submitted through the Purchasing Portal at www.town.wallingford.ct.us or at https://wallingford.procureware.com. Verbal inquiries and any subsequent verbal responses will not be binding to the Town of Wallingford. Answers to questions will be posted on the Purchasing Portal or via an addendum emailed to all registered bidders who have downloaded the bid online.
