Renovation of a civil project in Wampsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000355279 Project will consist of drilling and installing 11 new vertical extraction wells with associated vacuum and dewatering infrastructure, supply and installation of 18 new LFG dewatering pumps, and installation of air and condensate conveyance piping, and a new air compressor station. General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Certified Payroll - FOB Destination - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % -- A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasurer's check payable to Madison County, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid and must accompany each bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. A performance bond and labor & materials bond shall be submitted by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract. The amount of said bond to be 100% of the bid.
