Renovation of a municipal facility in Wampsville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of Two Boilers at the County Office Building This contract term is August 16, 2024 - November 30, 2024. A bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, bank cashier/teller/treasurer's check payable to Madison County, or cash in the amount of 5% of the bid and must accompany each bid, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into. A performance bond and labor & materials bond shall be submitted by the successful bidder simultaneously with the delivery of the executed contract. The amount of said bond to be 100% of the bid. This bond will assure the County that the contractor shall perform and fulfill all of the undertakings, covenants, terms, conditions and agreements of the contract including any duly authorized modifications. This is a prevailing wage rate job. Certified payrolls are required with invoices to Madison County Purchasing Office, PO Box 635, Wampsville NY 13163 or purchasing@madisoncounty.ny.gov . Madison County, however reserves the right to extend the period of the contract for any length of time up to sixty (60) days beyond that time herein specified as the expiration date of this contract.
