Former Weyerhaeuser Mill-A Site, to be completed under Washington Department of Ecology Agreed Order No. DE 22405, will make improvements to the storm water conveyance and treatment system at the South Terminal of the Port of Everett's Marine Terminals. This work includes decommissioning of one existing storm water outfall, installing new storm water conveyance infrastructure within the South Terminal Yard, and construction of three enhanced bio-retention storm water treatment cells within an existing bioswale. The project area is approximately 0.35 acres and is located within the Port's International seaport at 3500 Terminal Avenue, Everett, WA 98201. The PORT reserves the right to schedule additional pre-bid meetings if the PORT determines it is in its best interest. The project site is located within a restricted area Bidders attending a pre-bid meeting are required to bring government issued photo identification. TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) cards are preferable. Bidders attending the pre-bid meeting who do not have a TWIC card must escorted by a TWIC card holder escort. The successful Bidder and their subcontractors will be required to secure TWIC cards. Bidders are notified that the project site is located adjacent to and/or within one MTCA site (Weyerhaeuser Mill-A) as established by the Department of Ecology Toxics Group. This site is under an Agreed Order. ESTIMATED COST: $2,200,000 to $2,600,000 (Incl. WSST) *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
