Site work for a water / sewer project in Many, Louisiana. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work consists of structural repairs, blasting, and recoating of existing steel clarifier. Work Classification: Municipal and Public Works Construction or Painting, Coating, and Blasting The Attention of Bidders is called particularly to the Federal Contract Provisions and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and State of Louisiana and bonding and insurance requirements. Minority, female-owned, and Section 3 businesses are encouraged to participate. The Town of Many is an equal opportunity employer. Estimate of Probable Construction Cost & Award This Contract is one of multiple contracts being undertaken by the Owner to construct a larger project. Evaluation of Bids and award of contracts will be based upon the bid amounts of all contracts relative to the overall available funds and not based upon the estimate of probable construction cost for this individual Contract relative to the Bid amount for this individual Contract. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
