Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Many, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of renovations and a small addition to the existing Football Fieldhouse Building A on the Many High School campus. The project generally includes demolition, new building construction along with minimal sitework, paving and utility work. The project is scheduled to be a Base Bid only, with zero (0) Additive Alternates. o Demolish existing metal roofing and wall panels, HVAC units, concrete pads and fencing, interior CMU partitions, doors, millwork, equipment, lockers, plumbing, floor finishes, limited ceilings, and other miscellaneous items as scheduled. o Perform Associated Site work around the construction area; clearing, grading, pad paving, grassing & HVAC yard fencing. o Interior/Exterior Renovations to Fieldhouse Building A. o Construct small Hot Water Room addition on the East side of the building consisting of concrete slab-on-grade, painted CMU walls, metal roof and fascia panels, hollow metal door/frame, gas, electrical, plumbing and heater. This project is to be completed no later than 150 days from Notice to Proceed. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $500 per calendar day.
