Renovation of a multi-residential development in Many, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade multi-residential development.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the UNIT MODERNIZATIONS RE-ROOFING Project, Project No. LA-48-P074-501-20/21/22/23/24. The project is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to conditions of employment, minimum wage rates, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, certification of Non-Segregated Facilities, and Executive Order 11246, as amended. Each bidder must submit bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid. Contractors must be licensed for Building Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2163 and comply with provisions of LA R.S.38:2212 (A)(1)(c). Bids may not be withdrawn for 45 days after receipt except under LA. R.S. 38:2214 - 38:2215. Bid documents can be obtained from Alliance Design Group for a $75 deposit, refunded for return in good condition within 10 days after bid receipt. The OWNER reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
