Renovation of a multi-residential development in Many, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Building applications must include the following documents: 1) Drawings and renderings of proposed building 2) Site plans and drawings 3) Detailed description of building including square footage and exterior construction materials Additional Requirements for Manufactured Structures and Mobile Homes 3-a) Structures over 10 years of age are not permitted; proof of manufactured date or copy of title must be submitted with the application. 3-b) Home structure must be no less than 700 square feet. 3-c) Skirting is required. Submit building application with all required documents 10 days prior to the Village of Fisher Town Council meeting. The Village of Fisher Town Council will rule on all building applications publicly in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws at the next scheduled meeting. Building application approval from the Village of Fisher does not supersede state laws The Sabine Parish Housing Authority is currently accepting bids from qualified contractors for roofing repairs on 242 housing units located across four sites in Many, Zwolle, Pleasant Hill, and Converse, Louisiana.
