Project Overview The project involves the installation and integration of audio and visual equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for the procurement, installation, testing, and training related to the new hardware. Scope of Work The successful bidder will be required to provide the following services: Assessment and Planning: - Assess the current audio video configuration of the Cafeteria and Gym at BMS - Develop a detailed implementation plan including timelines and milestones. Desired Equipment and Installation: BHS Cafeteria Refresh of existing cafeteria audio setup. Addition of laser based or equivalent projector Requirements: Existing stage monitor speakers, equipment rack and projection screen will be reused. New equipment: Amp suitable for the speakers and space Main L/R speakers Media player device CD/USB/Bluetooth Input audio mixer Wireless mic system, handheld and lav/earset Wired to existing external antennas if reuse possible. Projector wall mounted opposite the existing roll down screen Update existing wall jacks to HDMI Video switcher Rack mounted Blu-Ray player PDU/power controller for rack BHS Gym Refresh of existing gym audio setup.
