The Capital Regional District ("CRD") invites detailed proposals from contractors (the "Proponents") in strict accordance with these Proposal Documents (CRD, RFP No. 2024-960). The proposals will be evaluated for the selection of a contractor (or contractors) with the intent to negotiate to enter into a contract (the "Contract") to provide the services described in Appendix "A". The CRD Integrated Water Services is seeking a company to provide vegetation management services at various sites within the CRD IWS operational area. The work will include grass cutting, brushing, invasive species control, tree trimming and tree falling. Proponents must demonstrate a proven track record of providing these services in large institutional environments. The quantities are estimated annual amounts, initially for a two (2) year period with the option to extend the contract for three (3) additional one (1) year periods upon mutual agreement. The District reserves the right to award in whole or in part. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
